Otherwise it isn't available, and I believe you just would access it through the menu when the call has been connected. My wife was just a victim of identity theft. We have no idea how they got her information, but whoever it is- they have it all. Even though, so far, there are minimal damages done (only one loan taken and a false tax return filed) it is a pain in the you know what to get it all straightened out. Good article.
